Hi all, I'm using the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard with my 15' MacBook Pro Retina, and have a few weird problems:
Configuring Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard for Mac I like the Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic keyboard, and here’s how I’ve configured it to work well on my Mac: In System Preferences->Keyboard select “Modifier Keys” and enter these settings – be sure you’ve selected “Microsoft Nano Transceiver” at the top. Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop - Keyboard, Mouse and Numeric Pad Set L5V-00001 for $109.99 at macmall.com. Input Devices - Keyboards - Keyboard Accessories from macmall.com.
- [Shift]+[v] does not work. Typing [v] prints a lower case v, and [Shift] uppercases all other letters just fine, but [Shift]+[v] is unresponsive, nothing is output.
- Typing [r] with no modifiers refreshes web pages when it's not supposed to - any time the browser is in focus, and even when a <form input type=text..> is focused. It does not refresh when a textarea is focused, though.
The keyboard is recognized by OS X as a standard 101 key ANSI keyboard.
Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
